1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed subject to inventory availability and payment verification.

• Ready-to-Wear (Pret): Processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Outerwear & Custom Orders: May require 7-10 business days for processing and quality assurance before dispatch.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our courier partners tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Giftee is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order once it reaches its destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, shipping charges will not be refunded.
